Wolves of Kultur (1918)

This 1918 Pathe serial was directed by Joseph A. Golden and shot in upstate New York. Enemy agents have stolen plans for a remote-controlled torpedo. Daredevil serial star Charles Hutchison, in his first starring role, comes to the rescue.

Dane is the brutal henchman Carter, here being given the order by his boss to eliminate hero Bob Moore (Charles Hutchison). Carter can hardly contain his glee.

Unable to capture Moore, Carter succeeds to kidnapping Moore's sister Helen (Betty Howe) at Ausable Chasm and makes her a prisoner in the clock tower overlooking the falls.

Brutish Carter (Dane) buckles with rage, after being informed that the prisoner has escaped. More nasty work to be done!
